Introduced New Routes of Helicopter Ride for Tourists From Dehradun and Other Places in Uttarakhand
Kedarnath Helicopter Booking Details/Terms and Conditions
– Night Halt at Kedarnath is not allowed by the government. Therefore passengers must return back to Phata the same day.
– The helicopter service for Kedarnathji will be operated from our helipad at Phata on a regular basis every day from May until the temple doors are closed in November around Diwali. Flights are generally not operated during monsoon season.
– For same-day return, you will be given 1 ½ hr (1 hour 30 mins) at Shri Kedarnath Ji and Devotees will have to purchase Priority Darshan slip for the same-day return @ 1100/- per person. (Not required for night halt devotees)
– Reporting time is not to be confused with boarding time, Boarding will take place up to 0up tours after the reporting time
– Efforts will be made to accommodate a passenger in their own group but this is not always possible, as we need to make weight adjustments in preparing passenger load or accommodate priority seats.
– The devotees who board the helicopter for Kedarnathji from 4.00 PM onwards shall normally return the next day morning.
– Hand baggage not weighing more than 2 Kg per person only will be allowed.
– Children above the age of 3 years will be considered full tickets
– The advance booking can be made by making full payments for the ticket
– Passenger Overweight charges will be levied beyond 85 Kg of weight subject to the company not losing a seat in the trip. This will be decided at Phata Office
– In case the journey cannot be performed on a particular day because of weather or technical reasons, the Company shall accommodate the passengers on the next date of flying.
– Operations subject to Govt of Uttrakhand approval

1. (a) The costs include Aircraft Rental Crew Salaries, Maintenance, and Insurance, Fuel costs, In-flight catering, Route Navigation Charges, and Landing and Parking Charges.
(b) FORCE MATURE: The operator does not hold itself responsible for non-operation of the charter for any unforeseen reason/s such as 1, Bad Weather 2, Poor Visibility 3, Non-Availability of clearances from ATC / Defense Authorities / Civil Administration.
2. Due to any reasons if the flight cannot take off from the Originating station full amount will be refunded.
3. We obtain the destination weather before departure, However, if due to sudden detention of weather en-route / destination, the aircraft cannot land at the destination and has to return to Originating point or divert to some other airport, the actual flying time should be chargeable and balance if any payable/refundable.
4. Operator/Its agents/staff/pilots are not responsible if any technical snag is developed in the Helicopter which cannot be rectified within the time limit and affect the operation of the flight.
(c) In the event of cancellation of the flight, the following amount is payable as cancellation charges.
- After confirmation 10% of the total amount
- 5 days before schedule ETD 25% of the total amount
- 48 hrs. before schedule ETD 50% of the total amount
- 24 hrs. before scheduling ETD 100% of the total amount
