The ultimate goal of Yoga is moksha though the exact definition of what form this depends on the philosophical or theological system with which it is conjugated. Yoga has five principal meanings :
1. Yoga is a disciplined method for attaining a goal.
2. Yoga is a technique of controlling the body and the mind.
3. Yoga is the name of one of the schools or systems of philosophy.
4. Yoga in connection with other words such as Hatha, mantra, and laya referring to traditions specializing in particular techniques of yoga.
5. Yoga as the goal of Yoga practice.
The term "yoga" has been applied to a variety of practices and methods including Jain and Buddhist practices. In Hinduism, these include Jnana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, Laya Yoga, and Hatha Yoga. The so-called Raja Yoga refers to Ashtanga Yoga, the eight limbs to be practiced to attain samadhi as described in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. The term raja yoga originally referred to the ultimate goal of Yoga which is usually samadhi but was popularized by Vivekananda as the common name for Ashtanga Yoga.

One hour walk through the banks of the river leads to Chathanpara waterfalls. Spend some pleasant time there for swimming and meditation to fill minds with happiness along with spirituality. Back in the evening.
DAY 3 :
Morning yoga with Bhoomaji. Then go to different interesting places in Trivandrum and do some shopping. Afternoon, go to Kovalam beach and spend the evening there.
DAY 4 :
Yoga with Bhoomaji. Visit Thakkala palace, Kanyakumari temple and Vivekananda rock.
DAY 5 :
Yoga with Bhoomaji. Visit Shivgiri ashram and then go to Varkala beach to enjoy the sea and sunset and then go to watch Kathakali.
DAY 6 :
Yoga with Bhoomaji. Then an elephant ride and backwater trip along with Bhoomaji. At the day end visit Panmana ashram.
DAY 7 :
Yoga with Bhoomaji then cooking class. There will be breakfast, lunch, tea, and dinner in a yogic and typical South Indian way. Spend your time on your own.
DAY 8, 9, 10 :
6 am: Wake up
6:30 am: Herbal tea and cleansing
7 - 9 am : Asana, Pranayama, Meditation
9 am: Breakfast
10:30 - 11:30 am : Philosophy
11:30 am: Karma yoga
1 pm: Fruits
4 - 6 pm : Asana, Pranayama, Meditation
7 pm: Dinner
8 pm: Bhajans
